나노광전자재료연구실(Nano Optoelectronic Materials Lab.; NOMs)

연구실 소개

나노광전자재료연구실은 다양한 나노재료의 합성 (Nanowire, nanorod, nanotube, graphene based materials) 및 나노재료를 이용한 다양한 고효율의 광전자소자 (LED, Solar cell, Nanodevices)를 제조/특성평가에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 나노광전자재료연구실에서 수행하고 있는 연구는 아래와 같습니다.
